Vincent climbed the stairs of the three story Plateau Hotel. Vincent opened the door to the roof and walked out. A cold breeze blew, Vincents soon-to-be body buttoned up his coat and shivered. Vincent could see the mans breath float in the air. This man was about to get colder.
Vincent walked up to behind the man. A healthy looking young man with a long face, not all to different looking from Vincent. Vincent had left him a note in the hotel bar to meet up here. The man would not be as easy to possess as the fat man at Ray's. Vincent intended to use the body for a while, and the man had a stronger spirit then the fat man. Vincent would have to kill him, then possess.
Vincent grabbed the man by the arm and tossed him in a carfully calculated move, flinging the man over Vincents head. Vincent put his foot to the still mans back and jumped into the air, so that he would slam the man into the ground, already pinned down on his stomach. The man struggled violently, almost throwing Vincent off. But Vincent kept the man down. Vincent crouched down, put his hand on the mans face, and began freezing him. He could see the cold moving down the mans body, killing him slowly. Finally, the man was completely frozen, in such a way nobody would ever revive him. From here Vincent easily inhabited the thawed body.
He stood up in his healthy new home. Reasonably happy, he walked over to the side of the building, and looked at the building across the street. The police station. Now he just had to wait for his new employee to begin his mission.

It was just after 2-30 when James arrived at the police station. He had put on a set of overalls and carried a toolbox. Walking calmly inside,he showed his fake identity card, and let a stink bomb off in the reception area.
"I am here to fix the blocked toilet. My goodness I can smell it from here, how can you concentrate with that stench filling the air?" he asked conversationally.
The officer hurriedly opened the security door and escorted James past the labrynth of offices to where the toilets were positioned.
"I will be right, I have all my tools here shouldn't take more than 40 minutes,"he said cheerily as the officer hurried back to the front of the police station.
James threw another stink bomb into one of the cubicles and then sat on a toilet seat, smoking a cigerette until it was time to make his move. He had located the office he needed whilst walking with officer. At 3pm he crept into the office and quickly emptied the draws until he located the skeleton keys. He shook his head, something this essential should be locked up in a safe at all times.Shame on officer Alvin Murray. He continued to stuff all the papers he could find in his overall pockets. James put a molotov cocktail under the desk along with a cheap disposable mobile phone. He went back to the toilets, picked up his toolbox and cheerfully made his way back to the front reception desk.
"Fresh as a daisy now," he assured the officer that had escorted him earlier.
James put the tools in his van, then pulled out his phone. He drove for a couple of miles before pulling over and dialing the mobile number of the phone he had hidden in the desk. This was the trigger that was needed to cause the explosion that shook all of Kaora.

Vincent was satisfied. Clearly his new employee was intelligent enough to pull off a complex scheme easily. It had been easy enough to follow Viktor. Now he would have to...
d**n. Vincent pulled out a cigarette and started smoking it. Figures, his new body was a chain smoker. Inhabiting a body appeared to inherit some of its old features.
Back on the roof, Vincent watched Viktor hop into the van and drive off. Vincent waited for the explosion. He wasn't disappointed. The explosion blew out every window in the station. A wave of heat and force hit Vince square on, but he stood up to it. Everyone in the building would be dead. And Viktor had the key. Good. Everything was coming together nicely, and Viktor had proven himself as a worthy accomplice. Now he just had to track him down and...
Vincent scrabbled for another cigarette, the last having been put out by the force of the explosion.

James was able to hear the explosion. He had fullfilled his part of the deal. He hoped Vincent would be well pleased, and reward him suitably. Lighting a cigerette,he got back in the Van and drove to the nearest pub. He deserved a beer,if he did say so himself.

(Does James know Vincents name?)
Vincent watched Viktor pull away and head away. Vincent could just see Viktor stop at the nearest bar. Vincent checked his victims wallet.
ID... (Mr. Arnold Frank), a few bucks cash, credit card. He headed downstairs, right to the ATM. He popped in the card. The machine read his retina, accepted it, and asked how much money. So much easier to rob people now that everything was retina scan. He checked the balance, $1,000,000. That might be a bit much. Vincent withdrew $100,000.
That would be enough to catch Mr. Viktor's attention. Vincent transfered all of it onto a card, which popped out of the machine. Finished, he checked around for anyone who had seen. Good, nobody. He set off toward the tavern.

(IDK just ran with it)
James sat at the bar, enjoying his drink. Nothing like a cold beer, after a good day's work,he thought to himself. He caught the bartender's eye and ordered another one, whilst he pondered his arrangements with the mysterious Vincent. He wondered when he would see him again. The keys felt heavy in his pocket, now he had the keys to the city,James could do anything he pleased.Maybe he would keep them for himself.

Vincent walked into the tavern, located Viktor, and sat down next to him.
"Hello", he said, "Our employer sent me. He said to give you this and tell you well done."
He showed Viktor the card. It made sense to not tell Viktor he was really Vincent. Viktor would be more wary if he thought Vincent had people. Plus, Viktor couldn't really negotiate with a subordinate.
"Now give me the key"

James was impressed, but he knew the key was worth a hell of a lot more.
"That is a nice little deposit. I will hand over the key when you pay me what the key is really worth."

Vincent shook his head.
"My employer made it clear we were not to negotiate.", he said

"You already met him, don't give me that crap buddy.", Vincent said, beginning to show irritation. Of course he wasn't actually irritated, but he wanted James to take the deal.

James felt a sudden chill attack his body. This man in front of him was seriously creepy,he really didn't want to tangle with him.
"Fine. I shall take the deal," he answered sulkily.
James was secretly pleased. There was a lot he could do with $100k. He placed the key on the table.

"Pleasure doing business with you", Vince said, taking the key and placing the money where the key had been.
"Here are your next instructions. Destroy them once you read them.", Vincent said, placing an envelope on the table. Of course, the envelope simply read,
Be in front of townhall at 11 o'clock tomorrow night.
Vincent wasn't about to leave details of his plans plainly written in paper.

James read the instructions.
Be in front of townhall at 11 o'clock tomorrow night.
James took out his lighter and burnt the envelope at the table, watching it disintegrate into ashes. He finished his drink and left the bar. He had 100k in his pocket with more to come. Feeling happy, he almost whistled, but instead quietly went to his van, and drove home.
