Mary's eyes blinked open. The second kiss was even more magical than the first. Usually that wasn't the case with most people, or ghosts for that matter. She looked at him with her head slightly tilted. "I wasn't sleeping, dear." she said softly, "I was awed by beautiful music." she added with a small smile.

The bard couldn't hide his joy at hearing her say such words. "Music is only as beautiful as it's inspiration, and there is nothing more beautiful than love." he said softly, brushing her cheekbone with his thumb. He had to admit, in life she was more beautiful than any other creature he had seen as of yet. And considering he has been in the company of Dryads, Seirens(sp), and even the occasional Succubus, that was deffinetly a feat. Horatio's mind began to flounder as he looked deeper into her eyes. The only thing he could clearly think of at the moment was to kiss her again, and again, and again, but that would lead to a rather dull conversation, and ultimately lead to soiling this rock with fluids we're not going to speak of. So, instead, he waited for her to stay something.

Mary was happy beyond what any words could explain. She looked at Horatio, letting a moment of silence slip by them. She let that happen more for reverance of the moment. Mary then smiled and said, "You always know just what to say to make me smile."

The bard couldn't help but smile at the sound of her voice. "I'm a bard, it's what i do." he said playfully, reaching down and taking her hand in his. "But now the question remains of what to do now? We can skip through the flowers, take a long walk by the lake, or even fight a dragon." he said with a happy, almost idiotic grin on his face. He couldn't help but enjoy the thought of fighting that dragon again. It was amazing.

Mary couldn't help but smile as she saw the grin on his face. "I'd do just about anything." she paused and tilted her head, "as long as I'm with you when we do it."

The bard smiled, "Well, considering the ammount of danger and almost certain death that would come with the dragon fight, i'd say that such blind faith is the highest honor anyone could have given me. There is no limit to how much that means to me." he said, scooting a bit closer to her. "But, then again, considering we're both still technicaly dead, the threat of another death is something more akin to an inconvineance than a great pain. Though it's the thought that counts, and I love you for it." He then stood up and looked out around them, and an idea popped into his mind. It wasn't the most exciting of ideas, but it was a nice one none the less.

Looking out towards the giant spring in the distance, being fed by the mountain waterfall, the bard smiled to himself. "Would you like to go swimming?"

"Well, considering the ammount of danger and almost certain death that would come with the dragon fight, i'd say that such blind faith is the highest honor anyone could have given me. There is no limit to how much that means to me."

Mary hadn't thought of the dangers of fighting a dragon, but that did not change her answers none the less. If that was what he wanted to do then she would gladly do it. It wasn't as if she could die while fighting the bloody thing.

"But, then again, considering we're both still technicaly dead, the threat of another death is something more akin to an inconvineance than a great pain. Though it's the thought that counts, and I love you for it."

Mary smiled, glad to see that he remembered that they were still dead. How could she be completely dead, but feel so alive? Even Mary herself had almost managed to forget the fact in the moment. She wouldn't mind forgetting that she was dead for a little while, but she knew that as soon as she showed up in the outside world again... no one would see her, and people would still walk right through her.

"Would you like to go swimming?"

The question surprised her, even she had to admit that. "I do not think that it holds the valor of defeating a dragon, but I believe that I would love to swim just as much." she said with a small smile. It amazed her that they had become so close in such amount of time... but then again. It wasn't like time really mattered when one was dead.

The bard looked down at her and smiled alittle wider. "Alright, then as it has been said, last one there is a rotten egg!!" He declared, running with all haste to the water all the while stripping so that by the time he had jumped into the water only his undergarments remained.

Mary grinned and chased after him. Unlike him, she took her time in stripping down. Mary was much more modest about showing her body. She slowly stripped down to her under garments and stepped into the water. "I suppose I am a rotten egg." she said with a small smile.

(sorry it took so long ^_^)

When the bard came back up for air, he turned and smiled at Mary, taking a moment to enjoy her semi-naked form. "Oh, dear Mary, if you are a rotten egg, then i'm a festering pile of s-" he began, but was interupted when a tentacle reached up from the watery surface and, wrapping around the bard's waist, pulled Horatio down deeper into the depths.

Mary gasped as Horatio was pulled under the water. IT took a moment for her to realize that both of them were dead already, so it didn't matter if she were afraid or not. Mary drew in a deep unsettled breath and went under. She saw hard to try and find Horatio, but she oculdn't see anything.

The bard laughed as he shot back up, carried by the tentacle that had pulled him down. Swimming around Mary and wrapping his arms abound her from behind, he smiled and her. "See, like i said, there are creatures here from all of creation. Even Giant Squids. I call that guy Shmitty." he said playfully, kissing her cheek then swimming away as the game began.

Mary was surprised by him when he shot back up. She had no reply to what he said, because she was speechless. Mary smiled and swam behind him to follwo him. "Shmitty, huh?" she said as she passed what looked like a jelly fish.

The bard simply laughed, swimming around her in an easy circle, taking special care not to touch the jelly fish. "Yes, Shmitty. There's also Flow and Monty." he said, then getting very close to her, to the point where his body was but centimeters from hers. "There are things deeper down below, things that most people will never get to see. I want to show you." he whispered.

"There are things deeper down below, things that most people will never get to see. I want to show you."

Mary smiled in anticipation of what he could possibly want to show her way down there. From the outside the little body of water hadn't looked so deep, but now that she was beneath the waters... it seemed as if the waters could go forever. "I want to see." she replied in a low whisper.
