To make this board more fun are there any board suggestions? I would like some for the (5 minutes later) Spirit World. Sorry lost my train of thought.

I think that first and foremost we should worry about getting more members, but I think there is a lot more that can be done than just getting more members.

1) We need to find an efficient way to store old topics so that the forum does not become cluttered.

2) We need a rules topic. I think it might be a little hard for new members to sit there and wonder constantly if they are breaking a rule. (I made a set of rules... if you don't like it you can do your own :) )


.... should we get rid of some of the topics that haven't been posted in since March??

I would leave the topics for now as the board is only young.An idea that worked for Dreimar and I, was to email our members with an amusing email,to remind them of our site. They were able to come back and repost in the threads they had left. One member had lost the link so it worked that way as well.

Yeah, I wish I'd saved a copy of it...

Also, it probably wouldn't hurt to get some custom menu buttons to improve the look of the site. I can make these fairly quickly if you guys want.

I checked out a few of the sites that have affiliate adds on the bottom of Spirit Rift. A lot of them do not have this site advertised in reciprication. I think we should add the Spirit Rift link to their sites.

Thanx Elizabeth,I will get on to the advertising in the next couple of days.
Dreimz will be here more than me in the future and if he was a mod he could put the buttons up and work on the skins and all the asthetic things.
I am heading to Italy to play soccer in September,will let you all know when it gets closer.

I'm still retired, and the stupid menu buttons aren't working for some reason. I'll have a look at it tommorow, could be a conflict with one of your scripts. If you want to keep me as staff, thats okay, but I'm still out of the business ;D
